We are That Blonde Travels, LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to That Blonde Travels, LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and may also be communicated via email. It is the responsibility of the client to review the most current version before booking travel services.
I understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC acts solely in the capacity of a sales agent for the suppliers providing the travel services in connection with my trip, including but not limited to airlines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, transfer operators, sightseeing/excursion operators, shuttle providers, and providers of entertainment and wedding-related services. That Blonde Travels, LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be occasioned either by (a) any act or omission of any of the suppliers or (b) any matter beyond our exclusive control involving them, including but not limited to a delay or cancellation of a flight that causes me to miss any portion of the trip.
I understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC is not responsible for the denied entry into any country for any guest. I understand that all guests are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the guest’s photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. I understand that minors unaccompanied by birth parents will need a permission letter for travel outside the U.S. and any travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Each guest is responsible for determining if issues are present with the immigration/customs process into a foreign country. Being denied entry will result in a complete financial loss associated with my trip.
I understand that a passport is required for international travel, including for children & babies and that for some countries (including but not limited to Mexico, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Europe) passports must be valid 6 months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL. I understand it is my responsibility to review and understand passport requirements and travel advisories for both the United States and the destinations I will be visiting.
I understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC is not an agent of the selected hotel (“Hotel”) and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.
I certify that I am the authorized cardholder for this purchased travel and am authorizing That Blonde Travels, LLC or its chosen tour operator or supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card.
That Blonde Travels, LLC charges a non-refundable initial planning fee for travel research and itinerary development. This fee includes up to three (3) itinerary revisions for one chosen destination. If the client decides to change to a different destination after the initial planning has begun, an additional planning fee will be required. All planning fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel is booked or completed. Timely communication is essential for effective travel planning. That Blonde Travels, LLC requires clients to respond to emails, requests for information, and itinerary approvals within 72 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. If a client fails to respond within this timeframe, That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to non-responsiveness. In such cases, any planning fees paid will remain non-refundable, and resuming services may require an additional planning fee at the discretion of That Blonde Travels, LLC. If a client fails to respond within this timeframe, That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to non-responsiveness. A new service agreement may also be required before continuing planning.
I certify that I will verify all the information contained in the confirmation email I receive is accurate and I will ask for any corrections within 24 hours of receiving the email. If I do not update the information within this period, it will be deemed correct by That Blonde Travels, LLC.
I understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC is not an Insurance Agency and that third-party Trip Protection is optional and the cost is non-refundable once purchased. I understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC cannot sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance policies and that That Blonde Travels, LLC has not made a binding assurance or promise about insurance coverage. I acknowledge that I have been advised about purchasing Travel Protection from That Blonde Travels, LLC and the possible results if I choose not to purchase Travel Protection. That Blonde Travels, LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Clients understand that That Blonde Travels, LLC is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for denied claims, coverage disputes, or refund policies of third-party insurers. It is the client's responsibility to review policy details and determine if coverage meets their needs.
I acknowledge the expense incurred by changes and I authorize That Blonde Travels, LLC to charge a change fee of $25 per person per request for any changes that are requested or required after 24 hours of receiving my reservation confirmation email. This may include travel date changes, name changes, room category changes, and more.
I acknowledge and understand that the signed charge authorization is a binding agreement for charging my submitted credit card, and as such, I waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event, and I agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of the trip. In the event that I attempt, without That Blonde Travels, LLC authorization, to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the state in which That Blonde Travels, LLC is registered, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The client agrees to waive any right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.
I acknowledge and understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the government's rules in the destinations that I am visiting that are in effect during my trip. Government officials in the destinations I visit may change entry requirements, health protocols, and other rules for inbound visitors (including the possibility of health screenings, tests, and even mandatory quarantines) at their discretion and with little or no advance notice. That Blonde Travels, LLC is a sales agent and has no control over these decisions and cannot be held liable for them.
That Blonde Travels, LLC is not responsible for unexpected events that occur before or during travel. This includes, but is not limited to, events like natural disasters, cancellations, strikes, accidents, or any other occurrences beyond my control. That Blonde Travels, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, health crises, airline cancellations, or supplier bankruptcies. Clients acknowledge that travel disruptions may occur and accept the inherent risks associated with such events.
That Blonde Travels, LLC is a booking agent and paid only in commission and fees. That Blonde Travels, LLC is not liable for anything more than that, in a worst case scenario.
No verbal or written communication from That Blonde Travels, LLC shall override these Terms & Conditions.
I understand that by signing this that the Terms & Conditions apply to everyone on the reservation.

That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee for time and resources expended in researching and planning travel arrangements. This fee is calculated at an hourly rate of up to $250 and applies when a client cancels travel services after planning has commenced. That Blonde Travels, LLC reserves the right to determine and apply this fee at the time of cancellation. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this charge if applicable. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and will be collected at the time of cancellation.
If there are any issues with submission, please contact an agent before the completion of this Agreement.

By using this website, booking travel services through That Blonde Travels, LLC, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
