RESORT TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION - SEASONS TRANSFERS AND TOURS
**To confirm your transfers, please send flight information along with your Excellence confirmation number to transfers@seasonstours.com. Please note this is an in-house transfer company through Excellence Resorts and this is the only company we can use for the included transfers. If you have any issues, please report to the front desk or concierge at the resort.**
Free airport transfer includes 1 round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option).
While you are brushing up on your Spanish phrases, here are a few things I've learned from traveling to this magical place myself. I want to pass them onto you to make your travel experience as smooth as possible.
As you approach/arrive in Mexico:
Make sure you have your valid passport with you at all times!
After deplaning, you will enter the Immigration line. Have your passport in hand, answer any questions from the officer.
Go to the luggage carousel and claim all of your checked bags.
Take all of your belongings to the Customs line. Your bags may be x-rayed, or selected for additional inspection, or neither.
Exiting the airport:
Once you leave the Customs area, proceed past the lineup of timeshare sales reps, and continue to the transportation pickup area. Check out my airport arrival video!
❗ Do not stop and talk with the timeshare representatives! Proceed straight out the doors leading to the outside. This is where your transfer will be. ❗
Your transfers are with a company called Seasons Transfers and Tours. All relevant information, including how to confirm your departure transfer, can be found in your travel documents or your Travefy itinerary. Their phone is +52 (998) 872 8185. This is an in-house company with Excellence Resorts. Please talk with the hotel front desk or concierge if you experience any issues with them.
